Las Amantes explora la correspondencia íntima entre Benito Pérez Galdós y las mujeres que marcaron su vida. Centrándose inicialmente en las cartas intercambiadas con Emilia Pardo Bazán y Concepción Morell, el proyecto transforma pasajes manuscritos seleccionados en imagen-texto que revelan la intensidad, el secreto y la complejidad emocional de estas relaciones. La serie convierte las palabras privadas en un archivo visual del deseo y la intimidad, donde literatura y vida se vuelven inseparables.
The Lovers explores the intimate correspondence between Benito Pérez Galdós and the women who shaped his life. Initially focusing on the letters exchanged with Emilia Pardo Bazán and Concepción Morell, the project transforms selected handwritten passages into image-text that reveal the intensity, secrecy, and emotional complexity of these relationships. The series turns private words into a visual archive of desire and intimacy, where literature and life become inseparable.
